AT&T Business Trade-in
Get a new device and credit for your trade-in
Here’s how it works:
- Order your new device. Then, back up your trade-in and turn off any phone-finding or other security features.
- Return your older device. We’ll send you prepaid shipping supplies so you can return your device at no cost.
- Get rewarded. Once we receive and process your old device, credits will be applied to your new device within three billing cycles.
- Rest easy. Your returned device is wiped clean of data, sanitized, and recycled.
Business Buyback
Minimize e-waste and earn account credits
When you trade in your old or unused devices. Here’s how:
- Tell us about your devices. Send an email to BusinessTradeIn@att.com with the make and model of your devices, how many you have, and your AT&T account number. We accept all devices regardless of the wireless provider.
- Review your quote. Once you accept the quote for your devices, we’ll apply it to your account within two billing cycles.
- Send us your devices. Back up your device and turn off any phone-finding and similar features. Then, print out and use the provided shipping label. We can’t return phones once shipped.
- Cash in your credit. Use that credit for anything on your account.
